Dissenter is pretty fast. Its chromium engine is built off of Brave. I am using it to respond to you.
From the “about”
Dissenter is made available to you under the Mozilla Public License 2.0 (MPL) (Not sure what that means)
I bailed on Brave a while ago.
My main browser is Vivaldi - built by the people who used to own Opera.
A few here use Brave. see here:

Just loaded Dissenter. Had it up and running in about 10 minutes. So far looks much like Firefox. Migrated my bookmarks and static tabs. Seems fast and crisp.
One major complaint I had with FF was the amount of memory it accumulates. I say, "accumulates" rather than "uses" because I'm pretty convinced the large volume is caused by a memory leak. At times, it climbs to 2.5 GBytes or more. So far, Dissenter is at 500 MBytes compared to 1.3 GBytes for Firefox.
I'll keep FF round for a bit to make sure there are not some capabilities that are unique to FF - ie video dowload ... etc. Might be a new home after about 15 years with FF.
