Have you specific examples of portions of the Constitution that are still in effect or have been at any time over the past month or so?
(I could argue that it hasn't been in effect since the Covid-19 ploy got dropped on us, but no point in starting two fights at the same time.)
I meanly “openly” declared not to be in effect. Maybe I should have been more specific.
