"E C-W" is GenFlynn's protegé, and was on Flynn's National Security staff. He's truly a "ghostly character", who has appeared in many places, including Oracle and DOJ, in many unexpected roles. His intel "cover name" reportedly was, "Ghost".
Recently, E C-W was appointed to the position of acting Undersecretary of Defense for Intelligence and Security, directly under new acting SecDef, Spec Ops hero, Chris Miller (who now has all military Special Operations reporting directly to him).

Yes. But there’s no way to know which side he serves unless Q validates him. Q had over 4000 opportunities to validate “Ghost” and never did. I know FReeQs will be careful who they follow. Trust but verify etc.
No outside comms, I think, includes no more additional anonymous comms.
Strategically, I don’t see how that would be ECW. What would anonymity do for ECW. He can’t drop tandem to Q (each on a separate platform). He can’t post on the Q research board.
ECW can give comms under a legit name so we all know who he is and that he’s with the president, just as Scavino does. So I’m not following GHOST ECW unless Q validates the “Ghost” part.
