Not constitutional.
The states abandoned their constitutions, and the US government abandoned the US Constitution a couple months ago.
The Senate and House just drove in the final nail, surrendering the USA to the Chinese Communist Party.
Right now there is no remnant of the US Constitution, except what remains within parts of the military, and we don't know how much that is, or what is happening with it.
"Pretend" will work for a short while, but the "reality" is Mad Max terroritory -- unless the military restores Constitutional government.

Exactly what my husband said last night. The 4 possibilities I see:
1)military/ Q plan,
2)absolute totalitarianism ( they are scared out of their minds now, and will clamp down hard and fast- they’ve revealed themselves to the world with the huge social media bans yesterday, maybe that will actually cause “mass pop awakening”),
3)Civil war/ anarchy - might occur along with #2 but would probably be snuffed quickly and digitally
4)Maybe secession by a few states, but I believe it may be too late for that option
So why would Trump the oath taker become Trump the oath-breaker in his last two weeks? If/when the military acts, I hope it will be in concert with the Executive branch. Don’t see the President throwing up his hands. It isn’t happening fast enough for me either, but it isn’t my show.
All true and all constitutional, why does President Trump need to be out of this process? He'll be right there doing this, when he makes the call.
