That was NOT the slogan/logo from 2016. However, "Build back better" is Bidens slogan. Can anyone (whom I would trust) verify that this is or is not a genuine Trump authorized hat? Working theory is this style of hat was used by provocateurs to identify each other easily.

"Rebuild America" was Mike Bloomberg's 2020 presidential campaign motto. The color choices in the hat are similar to other colors in Mike's Campaign materials:

I doubt the is official Trump wear —Trump would only sell his branded phrases, as a smart businessman would do. The vendors on the street had all kinds of phrases on their materials, including swear words. However, I doubt they were selling stuff from 2016 —the hat looks new, so maybe you are onto something.
