Incorrect. The city of Rome sits on seven hills. Vatican Hill isn't even one of them.

Ok. The Church of Rome. There fixed it. i.e. In 1984 regular ambassadors were exchanged between the Church of Rome and Washington. Not going to debate it. Bigger things on our table right now.
