LJ, if I recall correctly, way back then on the ineligibility thread, we discussed that the second (non-public) swearing in, was necessary because O’Vomit’s actual legal name is not BHO, but something else (barry soetoro, for example), and traitor john roberts had to swear the usurper in, using the legal name of the bastard
