If you have amber alerts enabled, you should be good. As I recall it’s not even an option to disable the Emergency Alert System vs. others.

On iPhones you have the ability to turn them on/off...which is why it was suggested that everyone check to make sure that Emergency was turned on.

Just googled and it says that on Samsung they are Presidential Alerts and are automatically turned on. So you’re all set!
