By the way I use to work with Military Satellites, I would set up satellite terminals for internet reach back via Satellite in remote places to a Standard Tactical Entry Point (STEP). That STEP location would connect me to the internet.
In areas with with Internet access we would simply set up our military grade encryption to provide reach back to our military servers. No need for a satellite.

Muster, as in to pass muster refers to military inspection. Mustard is a condiment: “To pass muster” or “to pass mustard”

Still does not pass the Mustard test.

Any plastic utensil should work. Go find one!
