By the way I use to work with Military Satellites, I would set up satellite terminals for internet reach back via Satellite in remote places to a Standard Tactical Entry Point (STEP). That STEP location would connect me to the internet.
In areas with with Internet access we would simply set up our military grade encryption to provide reach back to our military servers. No need for a satellite. Yes, you obviously never worked in a covert operation. You don't understand what "compartmentalization" is, or how it works, nor do you want to learn.
