Possibly not. SCOTUS is still hearing cases, and there is the possibility for a writ of quo warranto against Joe and Ho. It's never been used before for POTUS, but everything in 2020 was unprecedented. What is really embarrassing is that a court in Italy cares more about the legitimacy of our elections than our own courts. Chew on that for bit, and let that sink in...Now think about all of the American media and politicians claiming that there is no evidence of election fraud. It's rather embarrassing that Biden could be arreseted if he steps foot in Europe, but he has been proclaimed President-elect here.
