Though I have major doubts about this Italian affidavit narrative, I think Dec 2020 is when they claim the admission in court took place, not the election. Bad writing and/or translation at work (it’s a first!).

It appears that they faked a hack and virus attack in December to cover their tracks, and hide evidence.
