Yes, but no one is demanding the impeachment of CJ John Roberts for nonfeasance in office. A peaceful protester was executed in the People's House while corrupt Congress ignored election fraud. Roberts has blood on his hands. Why does a court in Italy care more about our elections than CJ Roberts?
