VP Pence could have decided to send the disputed states back to their state legislatures. The Dems could have gone to the courts to complain, but SCOTUS would likely stay out of it, because it would be a political question.

And sad to say VP Pence unless he has some sort of legitimate stand but I don’t see it.
That is a LOT of people. We are in that sense outnumbered. I have done all I know to do to increase the numbers of patriotic and law abiding Americans but I don’t know that it’s been enough.
So now what. Revolution or temporary surrender. I’ll be living a faithful life and trying to help others as much as I can.

It it also they who slow-walked an investigation and thus any potential decertification votes. If they had voted yesterday and transmitted the results, Trump might be taking the oath, or we might have had a contingent election. Now - too f’ing late. The Republic dies because these legislatures were too cowardly and too slow.
You know, I **STILL** want them to go through the process and decertify - it will show Biden to be the fraud that he is.
For starters, we wait six years to vote Graham out of office.
