He’s basically saying states can blithely ignore the Constitution and conduct illegal elections.
What does THAT do to federalism?
I think his position is that the states have the final say on the electors and they haven’t sent alternatives (as i understand it)
No, he’s not saying that at all. Think about it... it’s all about States’ rights, which we should want. The RINOs in the states should be the one clamoring for fair elections.
