There seems to be no one in position to support an invocation of the Insurrection Act. Most needed to do so have already stated they will not comply.

In addition to the U.S. military, the Insurrection Act permits POTUS to call forth the militia. The militia was every able bodied male between 18 and 45. Those who support the Second Amendment understand this obligation. As seen today, if requested, the militia will deploy, even if others do not. Trump didn't want to use this option, but if he's been deposed, there may be no other option.
