I never considered race but now that I played with the video I think the Capitol Cop is black but I’m not 100%.

I see black gloves still and even the seem around the right wrist.

So no nail polish.

Gender......well, they look male.....solely based on the hairline and the attire. The suit appears more male but does that mean anything anymore?

The video, because it was posted to Twitter is very blurry when enlarged and frame by frame is difficult even when I transfer it to an outside video web page.
