I think they did go thru them; I recall asking on FR if they had gotten to a particular state and the reply was, they do them in alphabetical order.
correct ... so there were only two debates - on AZ + PA
Going in alphabetical order, there was no objection GA or MI ?
I see not footage of them going through anything more; but even if/as so, it appears there was some pre-arranged agreement as to what/when/which etc. would be allowed.
