Seeing all the institutions Fail POTUS, by word and deed, and inaction is a jolt. They are led by Cabinet members.
There are embeds in these departments.
The implications are EO is a sweeping document about foreign acts of war and treason on the domestic domestic front. Both involve military action and not dialogue.
The military is compromised in the same manner as Congress, Pence & Co.

IMHO, without mil experience, is that the mil is not the same as the rest of the gov wankers. Q has said this as well. Bad ones will be taken care of summarily imho.
