Because it’s Twitter, you have to ask...Easy enough to have an algorithm attached to his account to let some known bots post first.
Dorsey sees to it that Twit is programmed that way, not too hard to accomplish.
And probably all the posts at the top are PAID TROLLS, there usernames are programed in... FAKE FAKE FAKE FAKE
