The law provides that a copy is sent to the Archives and to the President of the Senate, as I recall. A copy of the alternate electors should have been sent certified mail to Pence, with copy to Trump. I find it hard to believe they didn’t get a copy to Pence.

As Churchill said to Chamberlain: Mr. Pence—“you had a choice of dishonor or war. You chose dishonor, You will have war.”

I believe this did happen - the alternate electors sent their slates to the archives and a copy of such submission directly to Pence as well. However, the archives says they didn't submit the electors because they weren't certified by state gov. Pence made no mention that he'd received separate correspondence ... TBD + WWG1WGA :)
