When he goes to prison, that may change. It may take a law but if this rolls out as Q has said, I don’t believe that will be a hurdle. I can lose my mil pension, no reason for Fed pension to be different.

More like "if convicted" and right this minute, that's a different issue and will probably go away after 01/20/2021.
I still haven't found any FBI agents who lost their pension in 2016 because of shenanigans... and that goes to the credibility of the source.
