We all thought Trump has something up his sleeve. That phone call reveals he does not. Why call up a corrupt official at this late date? Did he expect him to say, “Okay, I will do what you wish.” It was like reaching out to pet a rattlesnake.
Prolly giving him one last chance to come clean and do right by the people of Georgia.
Another troll. Far too many have infilitrated this site.
“We all thought Trump has something up his sleeve. That phone call reveals he does not. Why call up a corrupt official at this late date?”
My thought exactly. I keep feeling like all the bravado, and we’ve got them all, Kraken, that it was all to smoke out some co conspirators.
Some one suggested to me that he’s giving him one final chance to do the right thing.
But at this point, I feel like there will be objections, the vote will proceed, and we are all screwed again.
Business as usual.
Dirty swamp.
Trump has 2 lawsuits against Georgia SOS. Law requires that he give the accussesd an opportunity to remedy the complaint before being heard by the court.
Either the SOS knew this was a settlement negotiation or Trump just tricked him into participating unwittingly in a settlement negotiation.
Sure that Trump’s people made sure the recording was received knowing it would be aired as a “Trump caught threatening Georgia SOS”.
Didn’t listen to the full call did ya?
Obviously you did not listen to the entire call or you would not be portraying Trump as flailing desperately at straws in the final days of his first term.
Trump is much smarter than that. He's obviously in full command here and giving the sec of state one final chance to do the right thing. Now he has the SOS on record as going along with the fraud, probably not realizing Trump has the goods which will be revealed shortly and that he could very well be going to jail.
Like you, I'm a little frustrated that nothing ever seems to happen to these crooks. But Trump has really put himself out there with his call for us to come to Washington DC this week for the big reveal.
I for one will be in Washington DC on Wednesday to hear what Trump has to say and to see what happens in Congress that day. He's done a great job as president and I owe it to him to be there, as he is making the request and promising that it will "be wild."
I don't think Trump is calling us down there to stand around for hours in the cold while the House and Senate put a rubber stamp on this fraudulent election. If all was lost, Trump would have spent this weekend golfing and having his White House staff pack up their stuff. He wouldn't bother calling for what could be over a million people to come to DC.
