The flags are supposed to represent the 191,500 Americans who can’t come to his Inauguration due to COVID.
How they came up with that number, I do not know. Probably based on the number of flags they could source from China.
Don’t know if I ever saw an ‘official’ number from Jan. 6, but I bet it was way more than 191,500!!
