Thank you Rusty! I was just about to go search through my pings.

Thank you lovTexas for the recipe. It turned out marvelous! It’s the only cheesecake I ever made that didn’t have a big crack in the center.

My Nonna (in Trieste) couldn’t cook anything but soup. I never even knew there was an Italian cheesecake version. Her soups were delicious and I have no idea how she made them. We would grown when she tried to make something else, but her soups were wonderful. This was back then people in Italy went to the stores daily, she only had a teeny tiny Motel size refrigerator and didn’t even have hot running water.

I found this breakfast cheesecake recipe online; it uses granola for the crust.

Not sure what I think about it....
