Seems odd for Nancy to be so concerned about this guy.

If Biden is going to be President in two days, he can fire him.

After all, Nancy is Legislative, and this guy serves the Executive branch.

POTUS can only fire the political positions. Most positions in the federal government are not political and have civil servant protections.
