Seems like a strange time - in the middle of the day - for planned maintenance. Why wouldn't they do it in the early morning, when presumably, it would cause fewer disruptions?

I’ve had some crazy IT people think that a good time to take our system down for maintenance is an hour before our call center closes. We’re like, really???
