I was pondering that one as well. Central Communications, perhaps it just means the censoring of conservatives on social websites? And the ministry of Truth only printing garbage?
I dunno....kept seeing things about ‘don’t worry if your tv/phone/internet goes out for a few days, it’s all part of the plan’. I assumed RED2 was what that was referring to.
There’s always outages for various reasons, but the only widespread outages I’ve seen lately was over in the PNW because of the windstorm a few days ago.
