What the heck does putting all 122 Bureau of Prisons facilities in the US, and sending teams from these facilities, have to do with DC potential inauguration riot control????

Sending all the federal prisons’ Rapid response teams to DC is the first thing that has actually concerned me. Up until this, it all seemed like kabuki theater. Leaving all of those prisons vulnerable makes absolutely no sense.
