I always add a can of evaporated milk to my potato soup.
I’ve always heard of doing that, but I never had a can handy when I would make potato (or any other creamy) soup.
But this time I do! And it was the recipes with evaporated milk I looked for specifically.
Right now, I’m trying to decide if I want to get a package of bacon out of the freezer to sprinkle on top. Which would also mean bacon for breakfast tomorrow!
