Good question. It could very well be that there is some sort of federal regulation that prevented that.

Let’s see...President Trump has signed the Insurrection Act to prevent Biden from being inaugurated. But President Trump is going to be arrested, which would mean Biden did get in and the Insurrection Act failed. I think I got that all straight.
