I think if he does that there will be a contingent election by the state legislators, and it will heavily favor Trump. Instead of putting the burden on pence to throw out votes he would alley-oop to SL. It would be a much stronger victory because it would come from congress too.

If they send it back to the state legislatures it would be a shoe in. The only reason they haven't decertified is because they aren't in session and those who are required to call a special session refuse to. So many SLs sent Pence letters asking to decertify.

I’m not so sure of that. Many of the state legislatures are correct. They could have taken back their power anytime, they knew that they were the onky ones that could change election rules.

And as soon as I saw all the fraud, they could very easily have decertified the electors.

I’m disgusted with all of them.
