Thanks for breakfast. Another busy day

I hesitate to post this but need help researching the last questions.

A friend I’ve known over fifty years sells insurance near a major university. Thousands of his clients are foreign students needing health insurance. Yesterday two students from Europe (one in morning and one in afternoon). Told him that NATO troops were in the US. ( one mentioned Italy).

With all we’ve read about Italy, voter fraud etc, can NATO or Italy arrest an American citizen for a crime committed in a members country (other than his homeland). ??????

Just saying. Biden would pardon anyone connected ! For example BO (if he IS a citizen he may have to prove it.

I can’t answer your question about what NATO can do, but when looking at the aircraft arriving/departing from Joint Base Andrews on Tuesday, I noticed some Italian Air Force aircraft.

It’s not unusual for other countries to train in the US, either with or without our troops.
