Question. Loin pork boneless roast. Easy way to cook without anything sweet or requires much labor? I’ve cooked before, but forget what I did. Cook slow for tenderness probably.

You know, I’ve never cooked one. I’ve bought them before but then I cut them up into pork chops. Little boneless ones. Let me know how you do it and how it comes out!

I’m really not good at cooking meat. Things like steak or roast. I never know when it’s done.

What about Pork Piccata?

Rachael Ray had a great, 30 Minute Meal, recipe in her holiday issue.

Looked really yummy. And, I like the 30 minute part :-)
