Could be around 30 days, sooner if nothing happens with Trump. We’re waiting until the 20th to decide.
My son and SOL just signed papers and got keys to their new house. Really nice, no work needs to be done on it, except they are going to extend fence so the dogs will have more room to run around and play ball in.
