-President Trump says he’s NOT resigning *and* he is NOT leaving the public stage, per Rep. Gaetz.
-He plans to remain the inspirational leader of a loving and patriotic movement of people who believe America’s best days are still ahead.
Which means he probably won’t run again, since they can basically dangle Impeachment over his head as a “Sword of Damocles” if he says anything even after he leaves. So he might as well just focus on being the Kingmaker, and if the Rats and GOPe turn him into a Political Martyr, he will become even more powerful.
