I imagine they clear the roads there? Snow is so unusual here they don’t clear the roads, and most people don’t know how to drive in snow and ice.
We do, but not like they do up north. I was amazed at the difference when I was driving a semi.
And the bad thing is, we often get rain before the snow, so we have ice underneath.
