Back to FR, look near the bottom of the code you posted, probably after the name ie Catturd. You will see the html code href =”....”
Paste the url over the already existing code between the two quotation marks. That will make the link live.
the href part seems to be about in the middle, then in the “....” part you can see the URL but it includes the word embed. That’s where you want to paste the copied URL.
