It was unconstitutional. That in itself says it all. And Pence left the room while discussions were going on...HE has to be in charge. All the rules and laws were broken. I'm still waiting for more.

I have been pondering Pence. It seems to me, in the end, he was the traditional politician, basically doing nothing. He did the minimum by law, didn’t stick his neck out. At the same time, he won’t stick his neck out to rule Trump incompetent. I guess, in that sense, he’s not an utterly spineless republican, just not the guy we pinned our hopes on in a pinch.
