Here’s the data that we had last time. Before it was created so that when one of our beloved members is off the thread for a while, someone can check to see if they are okay.
Now I think we need it for that, plus in case FR disappears for days or maybe permanently.
It is of course optional to leave out any one of the types of information. Just give as much information as you’re comfortable with.
Screen Name
Name - just as much as you’re comfortable with. Maybe just a first name so we know who to ask for oh, if you don’t want to give it your full name.
Phone Number
Time Zone - this is so nobody ends up calling you in the middle of the night
Location
Twitter - these could be replaced by conservative sites, or conservative sites added to this.

Blog
Share? This is for who to share the information with. For example if you have a special friend on the train, then that person could get your contact information if you disappear for a while.
The way we had it before it was that the only people that would have the information is The Keeper of the list, which was me, and Dolly, who created it. I would update the list and then send her a copy, so that I didn’t have the only copy in case I disappeared. And I wouldn’t give the information out to anybody except those on the share list for that particular person’s contact info.
Another option is for each of us just to give our contact information to those we want to.
