I was just on chatting with an UGG employee telling her I didn't receive my entire order. She asked me if I wanted a refund of the partial order I didn't receive. I told her I really wanted the entire order but I told her I'd be blunt. Since the fraud election our mail has been very poor. And we are in a digital and civil war here.

She said she totally understood. I asked her to please pray for our country. And she said she sure will. Sweet girl in Australia.

Speaking of poor mail delivery, we never got our mortgage bill in Dec, thought it got lost with the Christmas mail.

Tried to pay online, couldn't log onto account to pay.

Called company for help, they couldn't get us on to our account either, hubby was on phone with nice lady for a couple of hours.

She said she would work on fixing problem and to call in a couple of days and they would try again, which we did.

Ended up paying over the phone, they waived the $20 fee, as hubby said he wasn't even going to try and pay online again.

The bill finally showed up on Jan. 7th, was mailed on Dec. 12th from Houston.

I'd say that was slower than snail mail, wouldn't you?
