Thanks. Interesting comments ... if we all scatter, it’s moot, I suppose. Too bad there cannot be a multi-million-person switch to a single party. Independent doesn’t do much for fielding candidates. Although, I suppose we got Bernie from them.

As a Marylander, I have to realize that there is only the democrat party. (I reached out a couple of months ago to my local rep party and have yet to get a callback. They clearly are doing fine without me.) I suppose I wouldn’t be jumping ship so readily if I lived in Texas. I think in places like that there is hope of working to choose good candidates.

I am having a lot of trouble finding charity in my heart these days.

I think (and, yes, hope) the President decompresses and then gets to work.

I’d like to see Donald Trump plant his new roots in a media alternative to the fake news/MSM we have to endure. From this vantage point he can set the counter-narrative, including returning the election system to its previous status and holding elected officials’ feet to the fire for results. America First on steroids.

I also believe a new political party will grow organically and exponentially from this.

Trump will be wildly successful and effective .... this is his wheelhouse. And this is why the entire swamp based Uniparty is STILL trying to beat him to literal death on the way out the door. I truly fear for his safety and his freedom. The sooner POTUS is out of Washington, the better I’ll feel.

As a Marylander, I have to realize that there is only the democrat party.

IMHO there is really only one political party for all of America

In the last two months we watched republicans aid and abet democrats as they scuttled president Trump.

With very few exceptions, republicans stood idly by or actively supported and worked with democrats to enforce the outcome of the rigged presidential election.

Democrats allied with republicans didn't just steal the election from president Trump.
They stole the election from us - the 80 million American people who voted against the democrats.

So by their traitorous deeds republicans confirmed to us that there really is only one effective political party with two branches.

The name doesn't really matter, does it? They are all RATS.

Call it the DEMOCRAT PARTY, the DEEP STATE or the RAT PARTY - it's the same thing.

RAT PARTY BRANCH-1: DEMOCRATS

RAT PARTY BRANCH-2: REPUBLI-CRATS

I live in Maryland so my vote has no meaning. I will continue to support Andy Harris, though he is not “my” congressman. If I lived in a state where the primary made a difference, I may not have left the Republican Party, as I did yesterday.

Logistically it would be better to get rid of the RINOS and vet good candidates. Unfortunately in States like California and others, a good candidate doesn’t have a snowball’s chance in hades of winning, unless the oppression brought upon them by the democrats becomes so great and the candidate can express the truth to the people like Trump did.
