That’s what I can’t figure out about Parler. Even Bongino, who owns part of Parler, and keeps telling people to go there, is/was still posting on Twitter.

I think people are still hoping to redpill people on Twitter, plus not everyone has moved to alternate platforms yet.
Ow that DJT is off, I believe Parler and/or GAB will have a huge influx. Hope they are ready.
