A big part of the problem is that most of the contested state legislatures are not in session (yet), and the governors are not calling for a special session.

Our GA reps have not been able to hold a session because Kemp won’t call one and they could not get enough signatures to call one themselves.

Apparently they almost had enough until some of the reps were called and threatened and backed out.
