A socially liberal person may be someone who is tolerant of sex outside of marriage, gays, people of other faiths, interracial relationships and so on. None of which I see having a government price tag. You are confusing a social liberal with a fiscal liberal. Wait. Sex outside of marriage doesn't have a government price tag?
