County crashed and burned?
Total Supression efforts being launched everywhere, which brings to mind the EASystem should be in play soon.
Apparently, right before the hearing, the Chief Judge of Fulton County decided that their courts were not the right jurisdiction since the case had been presented on constitutional grounds and the Chief Judge decided there would be no oversight and shifted the case to some election law court instead. Mind you this is a case due for hearing last week.
