Martial law is law, constitutional law. Do you believe there was massive election fraud? Nothing that comes will work unless the fraud and the proof of it are there. If the proof does come out, how far should Trump go with every legal means at his disposal to overturn the fraud?
I believe there was election fraud.
Unfortunately, it’s difficult to get traction on the *credible* extent of the fraud due to what has been an uneven legal strategy and unverified expert witnesses. Such as Ret. Army Colonel Philip Waldron. He’s held out as an expert but where’s his military biography to help establish his bone fides?
Or Lin Wood? Just talked to a friend this morning and as someone already mentioned on this thread, the Dems must be squealing in delight that Wood is getting publicity as an advocate for the President.
I want President Trump to use every legal means at his disposal to root out the fraud. but martial law will not be part of those means. Not to delay any aspect of the 20th Amendment operating, not to do a redo of an election in any state, not to do mass arrests of the media, or Members of Congress, or the US Supreme Court - those are all things that FReepers have suggested be done.
