Silence of the Lambs was/is a gross movie...What horrified me was movie goers rooting for Hannibal Lecter. I remember the theater breaking into applause at that "nice chianti" line. "Oh Hannibal, you ol' rascal you!"

Any entertainment I judge by what I feel at that moment, how its impressing my soul you might say. Horror cinema is meant to spook/scare you - it just makes me feel icky.
