That article does refer to the case from two weeks ago where the WI Supreme court did rule in favor of the WI GOP regarding the “indefinitely confined”. But, it is the one where they have to confirm each individual is truly indefinitely confined.

Yesterday, Trump’s lawyer Boris Epshteyn said they have documented that conservatively at least 20% of an audit of 300 Indefinitely Confined voters are found to be illegitimate.
Good news that they found that, thank you.
20% of 240,000 votes is 48,000. Biden won Wisconsin by 20,000+ votes. This doesn’t count all the fraud going on in Milwaukee election night where some precincts were 100%+ voting.
