I’m wondering...
Is it too late to get a legal redefinition of cruel and unusual?
Can it be cruel if it’s really entertaining? And can it be unusual if it or something like it has been kinda/sorta done before?
I mean, come on. With the numbers we’re going to have to go through, plain ol’ hanging is gonna get real boring real fast.
