If the House and Senate vote to override the NDAA, this nullifies Trump’s use of the Insurrection Act. I do not know if the House voted to override (yet). The R Senate-maggots who voted to override have now chosen sides, the black side.

I don't think it nullfied anything, just added a reporting requirement.
